Love this craft knife. The handle is comfy, and changing blades is easy. Just be careful, it's really sharp (but that’s why it works so well!). Great for DIY projects!
Maybe because of the courier bumps, when I received the package I had a problem with the vise module, the engineer guided me to fix it at the first time and sent a new one over quickly, highly professional team!
When I first received my package, unfortunately it was broken and I lost my rubber jaws and fan module, fortunately the after sales service was highly professional and quick to respond and I received a new package, well done!

Surprising product, I was thinking it was just a nifty toy but it actually works great, the magnifier and light combo helped a lot when I was soldering, the fan runs well but I haven't used it yet, the rubber jaws are a little hard but overall it's ok, all in all makagic is worth the money.
It's not a toy ,but a fantastic item, very happy with the whole journey, from ordering to delivery, will put it to good use in my workshop fixing mobile phones
