This caused some losses, so we added this email.
So far, most backers have confirmed their delivery address by replying to the email! However, there are still a few backers who haven't replied, and we can't confirm that the shipping address you left with us is still valid, so we haven't sent it out for you yet.
If you are reading this UPDATE, please reply to the email as soon as possible, or contact us at support@makagic.com and we will ship it out for you within 24 hours once you confirm your shipping address! We will also resend you the email at the end of the month!
In December, we worked non-stop on production and ended up producing more than 400 sets of MakaGiC smart Vise for shipping to you as well as building up our inventory, and after a few months of optimization, we're now well on our way to a very smooth production run!
Four days ago, we packed the shipment and sent it to the logistics company! Yesterday, the logistics company received the goods and is in the process of customs clearance. After that, it will be delivered to you through international logistics!

Don't worry if you don't see anything yet, the goods are still in the process of customs clearance, some countries need to arrive at the local distribution company before the goods will be displayed, you can wait for two more days to check.
Of course, we haven't stopped working on our shipments, and we check our mailboxes in real time to make sure that we ship first time to those who have replied to the address confirmation email. There are also some anomalies, such as countries like South Korea that require the recipient's tax ID number to complete the shipment, as well as remote areas such as Alaska where the courier company is unable to provide service, and Canada where the delivery is delayed due to a strike. We are still working to resolve them!
