It's been almost a month since the last update, thanks to the trust and support of all backers. after a month's hard work, we bring you a good news: we have received the die-cast batch parts one after another, and have started the official production.
First of all, after the last UPDATE, we shipped the first 100 sets of die-cast parts to the electrophoretic coating plant 500km away from the die-casting plant and sprayed each part with metallic electrostatic paint. Due to the thickness of the paint, further machining was required after the paint was applied to eliminate the effect of the paint film on the hole accuracy.
After the arrival of the first 100 sets of die-cast parts, we immediately started the full-scale assembly work, which is currently in full swing.
After each vise is manufactured, we perform a full operational inspection, and we place an inspection pass label inside each properly functioning part.
Unfortunately, due to the optimization of the die-casting plant capacity, we can only receive 100 sets of die-casting finished products in the early stage, our engineers are still in the die-casting plant to assist in the optimization of the capacity problem, it is expected that the second batch of 200 sets of die-casting parts will be five days later to arrive, with the capacity problem continues to be resolved, the speed of the production of the die-casting plant will be continuously improved!
At the same time, the product's outer box has also arrived in bulk, and compared to the initial version, we have optimized and added foam pads for cushioning to ensure that backers can receive the product in good condition!
With the continuous production, We're planning start to ship to all backers at the end of this month or the beginning of next month, But the odds are we'll wait until early October. Because we have to wait until the product is tested, We want to deliver to every backer a product that is free of any quality issues,This could take a while. the order of shipment will be in accordance with the backer's number, and finally a friendly reminder to all backers, please double-check your shipment information is accurate, if you need to change it, please contact : support@makagic.com.
Finally, I'd like to say sorry for the delay! We sincerely apologise, we optimistically estimated the difficulty of the production. Due to some tricky issues during the period, We did not complete production within mid-September as previously promised to you. But please believe us, we have done our best to deliver to you!
